A couple weeks ago Easton Chilli went to its first trade show: Foda Southwest hosted by Wogan Coffee and The Pony Chew Valley. Lots of new connections made with fellow local producers and potential trade customers! It's really great being part of the food & drink scene in Bristol, small but mighty. 💪

A big week for Salted Pineapple Chilli Jam! Last week it was nominated as a finalist of Taste of the West 2024 (results in November) and yesterday it earned a star in Great Taste 2024! This is one of our most loved products - full of deliciously charred pineapple, balanced with salt and chilli - it's great in a burger, bacon sarnie, or with poppadoms and a curry. It's only been a month since our first pallet's worth of jars and bottles and we've had to order more already. We're at capacity and producing 100-150 units per day, three days a week. It's time to look for a bigger kitchen unit in Bristol!
