🚂 A very exciting trip up to Manchester Airport for the F&B roadshow hosted by Dave Tegg and his team from RAIL GOURMET (RG) U.K. LIMITED to celebrate the launch of Soul Kitchen soup on board ALL Transpennine Express train services. 🚂 The new menu is full of delicious innovation from some of my favourite brands (DASH Water, Olly's, Delicious Ideas Food Group, Joe & Seph's) and it was one of my proudest moments to date when I could order my favourite Curried Sweet Potato & Pumpkin soup from my host on the train back to Manchester Picadilly. Thanks for having me and the continued support Dave Tegg & Seth Weir!

My LinkedIn feed is still full from the buzz spilling over from Bread & Jam which is always a highlight in my foodie calendar - 2 days of panels, speakers, workshops, pitches and networking. It may have taken me 3 years and 3 festivals to get my head around a growing dictionary of abbreviations and and commercial lingo... but finally COGS and margins are now firmly cemented in my brain (unless you put me on the spot 😅 ). But what I love most about Bread and Jam is how we are all learning and sharing in one big community no matter which stage you are at... an industry which is constantly evolving and led so many inspiring founders with bottomless innovation, passion, energy and authenticity. Grateful to have my Mission Ventures dream time by my side (Karen Robinson, PhD, Paul McCreery, Samuel Brown Light, Harry Turpin), meeting up with fellow BUY WOMEN BUILT ladies (Grow with Iris, Caroboo), bumping into the wonderful Holly Porter, catching up with WFL (Windfall Logistics Ltd) and making so many amazing new connections.
