Visit for a tour of the house and to find out more about our Village projects. Open Mon-Wed, 12pm-4pm and Thu-Sun, 11am-7pm. Designed, manufactured and installed by Scottish PropTech company Ecosystems Technologies, the NestHouse is constructed using locally sourced timber with a commitment to sustainability. Boasting a low carbon footprint, and thanks to an innovative construction method, the NestHouse can be disassembled and reused rather than ending up in landfill. The design is intended to not only benefits residents but also enhance the local area, providing a dignified, peaceful and private living space.

In a bid to achieve our ambitious net zero targets and to reduce the embodied carbon associated with our solutions, our teams have been developing an innovative Timber Modular Build (TMB). In partnership with Ecosystems Technologies, our engineers have redesigned a complete modular timber enclosure featuring a hybrid structure of cross-laminated timber and glue-laminated timber to replace traditional fabrication materials. The fully recyclable structure reduces the embodied carbon of the product by over 74% and exceeds fire-resistance building regulations.
