Discussions remain at an early-stage. ✅ Interested party has until 28 Nov 2024 ✅ Depending on the final terms, it is possible, that the potential disposal of MGA may be deemed a fundamental change of business pursuant to Rule 15 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
