We’re Andy and Marta, proud founders of Edinburgh Honey Co. Andy was first introduced to beekeeping by his grandfather Stan and discovered the diverse flavours that bees have to offer. In 2017, The Edinburgh Honey Company was born with strong sustainable and plastic free ethos in mind. We started with 24 hives and now expanded to over 100 colonies at apiaries across Scotland. Our wee girls can be found flying in North Berwick, The Falkland Estate, and Gleneagles hotel. We opened up our honey shop on Easter Road where you can find both honey from our own Scottish hives, honey from our grandpa's apiary in Poland and honey infused with natural ingredients and spices, such as award winning Gingerbread or Hot Chocolate Honey.
