It’s World Mental Health Day and we’d like to shine a light on the importance of addressing mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. Looking after yourself and checking in on your colleagues is important and we wanted to share a few tips on how to prioritise your mental wellbeing: 💆 Make self-care a priority – set time aside in your calendar to have a tea, walk, meditate or practice mindfulness 🫂 Connect with others – whether it’s your colleagues, friends or family, take the time to catch up. Joining a social activity or sports group is another good way to make new connections 🙅♂️ Learn to say “no” – after all saying “yes” to everyone can lead to burnout, stress and resentment 🛌 Get enough sleep – poor sleep is linked to poor mental health, so make sure you get enough quality rest to refresh you for the following day 🍃 Find joy – doing activities that bring you joy, like spending time in nature, with family or a fun-filled activity can really help you mentally reset So, why not have a ‘tea & talk’ today for World Mental Health Day? 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗹𝘂𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝟯 𝗮𝘁 𝗡𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗯𝗼 𝗭𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁, 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗮 🚢💥 A significant incident occurred at the Beilun Terminal Phase 3 of Ningbo Zhoushan Port, one of the busiest ports in the world, when the YM Mobility container vessel, traveling from Ningbo to Jebel Ali experienced an explosion. The blast, which took place on Friday afternoon, local time, is believed to have originated from a container at the front of the ship. In response, bookings for Class 5 dangerous goods have been temporarily suspended in the Middle East as a safety measure. Footage of the event shows onlookers observing from a distance as debris and smoke are seen above the port. Fortunately, no casualties have been reported. 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗲. A series of cyclones and severe storms have delayed container ships transiting the Cape of Good Hope, with vessels finding shelter or changing course to avoid the dangerous conditions. Sever weather in both the western and eastern cape regions is disrupting shipping as a series of four cold fronts have hit the region since Monday (8th July). No vessel has transited the Good Hope since Monday, adding to the congestion already in part of Europe and Asia as a result of the diversions.
