The product team have been non-stop in the last couple of weeks getting ready for our next release, so I thought it only right that we shout about all their good work!
📍 Hyper Locations - We've always been able to provide geo-tagged rewards, but imagine that down to single sites. Rewards can now be specific to locations in and around certain facilities with Rewards being shown to users that are super relevant or close by. 200 gyms in the UK, 10 gyms in 1 city, 4 different payment plans - no problem for us now! Myself and Lee Sambridge have enjoyed testing that one! 😅
🛍️ High Street Offering - Being able to offer some of the biggest non sport names on the high street has always been an ambition of ours, but we wanted to do it at the right time and in the right way. We are still super focussed as a Brand team on Sports and Fitness, but having listened to our partners we can now offer the likes of Morrisons, Costa, M&S, Ikea... the list goes on!
🌎 More Languages supported - "O we can now translate the platform into Spanish, French, Italian and Welsh at the click of a button" Casually dropping that into the Product and Sales call was pretty fun as that casually opens up roughly 900million more users that we can access.
🔥 Burn Down Times on Codes - A little request from a few of our brands and clients - they want people to have codes, but on their time scales. Offering that weekly in-gym free smoothie just got easier. Giving Moray Tuach the tools to get the job done.
🆕 Increase platform customisations - The naming of Brands, Categories and Rewards, where they are placed, what is in them or whether they are there at all - It all just became easier and quicker to change. It allows marketing teams to be more proactive in the use of our platform, it also supports all of Ed Horleston's whacky ideas!
⚠️ Increased Partner Notifications - "The more we know, the better decisions we can make" - Plato... or Jonathan Durling in our last team meeting I can't remember. From rewards expiring, to codes running low, all the way through to the brand suggestions we get, all now at the fingertips of our clients.
