It was my privilege to participate on behalf of EQ Group in the launch of the Circular Bioeconomy Alliance led by His Majesty King Charles III and spearheaded by CEO Marc Palahí. Enjoyed participating in the discussions led by Taraneh Azad on driving strategic stakeholder initiatives to transition to a nature first economy.

We are excited to share that funds managed by the Ares Real Estate have acquired a portfolio of 18 hotels totaling 3,028 rooms largely across Central London. The £400 million acquisition, led in partnership with hotel operating partner EQ Group, will enable initiatives to enhance value through implementing asset management initiatives aimed at improving operational and financial performance while targeting energy efficiency and carbon footprint enhancements across the hotels.
