Meet Aura Moraru 👋 Assistant Manager of Everyman Birmingham and the mind behind our latest cocktail, the New York Sour! We sent out a call for cocktail ideas to add to our Autumn menu, and Aura answered with a Buffalo Trace malbec float, dashed with brown sugar, ginger and orange 🍸 Inspired by the stuffed baked apples Aura's mum would make when she was little, it's a reminder of early evening sunsets and cozy nights in 🧡 Gracing our cocktail menu this season!
