Many people believe that positive self-belief is the greatest gift one can have. At EvolveYou, one of our core values is to help women build confidence in the gym and encourage them to take up space. This is the legacy we strive for. On International Women's Day, we wanted to step away from the gym floor and put the spotlight on community members, trainers, and employees of EvolveYou. They share their experiences of what strength means to them and how showing strength, in all forms, impacts those around them. We all have the potential to be role models for our family, friends, and peers. Together we can lift each other up, and pave the way for those who follow. Our legacy will be one of resilience, empowerment, and unwavering strength. #internationalwomensday2024 #EvolveYou

We've been full foot on the gas for the past six months at EvolveYou, so it was only right we let off some steam on a race track 👀 Our competitive spirit was definitely on show as we all tried to channel our inner F1 drivers for the first half of our Summer party! Not forgetting to bring a little summer sunshine; we ended the day with a beach-inspired party, where we reflected on the team's hard work with awards, played games and took to the dance floor! It was great to welcome new staff members and have some fun as a team 💙

Did you know that participating in group challenges increases commitment and success rates by 40% ✅ EvolveYou has just launched our Summer Challenge; inspired by the competitive spirit of the 2024 Olympics kicking off in Paris in just a few months. Aptly named 'The Summer Games' our trainers are encouraging users to go head to head to complete the most workouts in three weeks 🥇 With 76% of people feeling more motivated to work out during the summer there’s never been a better time to reintroduce our annual summer challenge. Over 32 THOUSAND users have registered for the challenge ready to step into the summer as the most confident version of themselves: we can’t wait to see our community sweat, feel the endorphins and make consistency (and a touch of competitiveness) a priority in their summer workout routine. Summer Games 2024: LET’S GO! ☀️

Are you listening to the next generation? What are the principles and communication tactics you're using to deeply and meaningfully connect with the younger generation? These are just some of the questions Gemma Clarke was answering alongside a panel of marketers and creators at YMS London - Futurescape, the leading global youth marketing festival. As a brand with a majority audience of Gen Zs, we know that we must empower and educate our audience rather than fuel what can often be toxic and confusing information online; especially when it comes to health and fitness. Better health and mindfulness are increasingly becoming a key pillar in the next generation's lives, so how do we, EvolveYou, show up for them? ✅ Showcasing representation across our social platforms ✅ Creating campaigns that are built on authenticity and connecting with our audience's true struggles and feelings ✅ Focussing on providing a community that exists outside of the gym to encourage a brand beyond just a product What tactics would you employ to support the needs of the next generation? Thanks to Samuel Budd at Buddy Media for inviting us on stage to discuss such an important topic alongside Andrew Fox, Jessica Jones and Dan Wright 🌟 #Marketying #yms2024 #youthmarketing

Monday motivation courtesy of the EvolveYou team! 💪 Alongside busy project planning, shooting new campaigns with our trainers and preparing for our biggest update since 2020 (📲 👀) we're also championing ourselves and practising what we preach; smashing goals, moving our bodies and chasing the endorphins. Shout out to just the team (some featured below) who have taken on marathons in London and beyond, as well as an unplanned meet-up with one of our newest trainers Charlotte Lamb as they prepare for the upcoming #TurfGames in London, competing (against each other!) in the Elite team this June! We love to see it 🤩

Empowering the next generation through movement 💙 Last week, our co-founder Krissy Cela continued her mission to inspire the younger generations, and to help them learn the value of exercise. Krissy and the team visited two schools to lead workshops, discussing the invaluable benefits of movement, the importance of building confidence and how that empowerment can lead to positivity in all aspects of life. The girls were taken through a full bodyweight workout and gifted our fitness bundle of EvolveYou mats, bottles and resistance bands to help them form long-lasting habits. We're so excited to continue to support Krissy and this ongoing mission of helping young women learn about the benefits of movement and how to stay active!

🧠 Regular physical activity can reduce your risk of depression by up to 30%. This year's theme for #MentalHealthAwareness week is Movement: moving more for our mental health. Our core mission at EvolveYou is to help women realise their full potential and build long-lasting healthy habits by making movement more accessible: Here are five ways we aim to encourage our community to get moving more: 💪 Finding movement that works for you so it doesn't become a chore with a variety of programs from bodybuilding to barre ⭐️ Help you set small, achievable goals each workout with our achievement badges and PB checker 🧠 Build healthy habits and educate yourself on what works for you and 'why' through our in-app coaching hub 👯♀️ Connect with others for a collective experience and belonging - from fitness & form events to meet-ups - we want you to find your gym buddy! 💙 Acknowledge that it's not a linear journey and progress is better than perfection - regularly sharing real-life stories of both our trainers and community to acknowledge the reality One of the most important things we can do to help protect our mental health is regular movement. How are you moving for your mental health? #mentalhealthweek #mentalhealthawareness #movement #fitnessapp

Last week we had the privilege of a small get-together with League Leaders®, a sport, education and citizenship charity that helps young people from lower socio-economic groups to engage in sport & enhance their career opportunities within this sector. As part of their “Support in Employability” program (funded through the Mayor of London) we invited them to the EvolveYou offices for their industry day out to give them the low-down on a career in the Fit-Tech space. We loved being able to talk to them about how the company began and touched on Krissy's journey from fitness influencer to multi-business entrepreneur. But, the importance of demonstrating just how varied the roles can be when working in sports was key for us to get across; from marketing to social media, customer experience and the product itself via engineering - it really does take a village! It was great to be able to chat with them about their ideas, and career aspirations and share advice from real-world projects. We hope they left feeling inspired! #charity #youthcollective #sport #tech #fittech

The latest addition to the EvolveYou trainer roster has dropped, introducing, Megan Branch! 💙 ..and what better way to kick things off than a surprise event? Last week we brought members of our new trainer's community together for an exclusive insight into her new Sculpted Strength bodybuilding program which is our latest program to feature in the app. We're always looking to explore different elements of strength training, and our latest offering mirrors Meg's fitness journey covering the fundamentals of bodybuilding, and taking inspiration from her prep journey. #EvolveYou #femalefitness #fitnessapp #fittech
