Our core mission at EvolveYou is to help women realise their full potential and build long-lasting healthy habits by making movement more accessible: Here are five ways we aim to encourage our community to get moving more: 💪 Finding movement that works for you so it doesn't become a chore with a variety of programs from bodybuilding to barre ⭐️ Help you set small, achievable goals each workout with our achievement badges and PB checker 🧠 Build healthy habits and educate yourself on what works for you and 'why' through our in-app coaching hub 👯♀️ Connect with others for a collective experience and belonging - from fitness & form events to meet-ups - we want you to find your gym buddy! 💙 Acknowledge that it's not a linear journey and progress is better than perfection - regularly sharing real-life stories of both our trainers and community to acknowledge the reality One of the most important things we can do to help protect our mental health is regular movement.
