In an exciting new period of growth for the company, the acquisition will give Exact Logistics long-term opportunities for business expansion and provide its customers with an extensive range of delivery solutions alongside their current offering. With over 19 years of experience, OnLogistics provides streamlined logistics solutions for a wide range of industries, including automotive, aerospace, healthcare and fitness. The business is committed to optimising operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences to allow for scalability and expansion. Adam and Karen Shuter will continue as Directors of Exact Logistics, as the business continues to operate as a separate entity and remain as a shareholder member of Pall-Ex.
