Bats are often associated with all things spooky and Halloween, meaning they can have a bad reputation. But bats are vital to ecosystems. It’s time these winged wonders got the love they deserve, so we chatted to certified bat expert, Dr Sarah Richdon from Bristol Zoo Project to find out more. Read the fascinating facts she shared with us on our blog – and learn to appreciate bats too! #BatAppreciationWeek #WhatWouldNatureSay? #FaithInNature

We loved stopping by Energy Garden's Harvest Party, to help celebrate the work of their volunteers who help fulfil their mission of reducing pollution in London! We're proud to source our 100% solar energy from this amazing, award-winning Community Benefit Society 💚
Dropped into the Harvest Party of our amazing energy supplier Energy Garden this afternoon - a wonderful bunch of people running this award winning Community Benefit Society which provides Faith In Nature with our 100% solar energy! This party was in honour of their fabulous volunteers who spend time in Nature looking after gardens at train stations on the London Overground line - this is just one of the many ways that Energy Garden fulfils its mission to reduce pollution in London 🌱🚂☀️ #Businesswithpurpose #Purposeleadbusiness #communityenergy #solarenergy

We recently had the pleasure of attending B Lab UK's Louder Than Words festival – the biggest gathering of B Corps in the world! Our Sustainability Director Laura Ford joined Daze Aghaji FRSA, Frieda Gormley, Paul Powlesland and Daan van Apeldoorn on House of Hackney’s Nature Right panel discussion. Sharing practical examples from our own experiences, we encouraged attendees to ask ‘Hey, what would Nature say?’ and to consider bringing a representative of Nature into the business decision making process. If you want to know more you can read our yearly report about Nature on the Board, or download a free step by step guide on how to do it from our Website. Thank you to our co-panellists for a great discussion, to House of Hackney for the invite, and to B Lab for organising such a great event! 💚
