Last week, the Government introduced over 200 pages of amendments to the Employment Rights Bill, bringing significant changes for employers. Some of these amendments include strengthening collective consultation obligations and extending the zero-hour provisions to agency workers, as well as confirming new provisions on Statutory Sick Pay and the powers of the Fair Work Agency. The Bill is likely to have a significant impact on the employment law landscape when it is passed and we will continue to monitor its progress as it moves through Parliament. 🔗Read more here: https://lnkd.in/eKxRRiDt #EmploymentLaw #HR #UKLegislation
