Fight or Flight won two prestigious The Marketing Society Awards earlier this month for our work with Roland DG EMEA. As well as best B2B campaign, we walked away with one of the 'Big Three' Judges' Choice awards for the Most Inspirational Story beating out competition from mega brands Cadbury, Guinness, ITV and Mayor of London. The trophies were so heavy Charlie couldn't even do his customary bicep curl celebration, so this photo of three very excited founders will have to do! Kudos to Stephen Davis, Lauren Swinnerton and Kirstie Price for more deserved recognition for your creative bravery and innovation! 

Last week, we welcomed some of the sharpest minds and future faces of comms to FoF HQ, for a masterclass in B2B PR. Hosting the latest trainees from the Taylor Bennett Foundation is always a highlight of the year for the FoF team.    We talked all things creativity, broadcast and media training – all fuelled by the obligatory box of Dunkin’ Donuts!    Special thanks to the Taylor Bennett Foundation for setting up these training programmes, and for all the work they do to boost representation and diversity in the PR and Comms industry.

Kicking off the week by kicking off a new series: our #FoFStories. We're highlighting our FoFfers; how they ended up here, and why they love working here! First up, our fab AAE Zoya Chaudhary. "It was a random Tuesday, bad hair day and all, during my internship at the Taylor Bennett Foundation. That's when I met the folks at FoF. Fast forward 6 months, and I am so happy I took the leap! FoF is absolutely the place for me. The people here are incredibly talented and friendly. And the best part? They actively push me to step outside my comfort zone. Just imagine - I even recorded my own podcast episode! Even the "normal" press office tasks like newsjacking and proactive story ideas feel exciting here. And let's not forget the free breakfast and pizza - that doesn't hurt!" We're proud to be one of Campaign UK's "Best Places To Work" 2024.
