As a hybrid team it is always exciting when we get together in the office but today was extra special! The power of movement 🧘 We recently teamed up with Marks and Spencer and The Sports Edit to host an exclusive yoga class for M&S colleagues to stretch out our latest partnership. With the pace of the city, busy lives and hectic schedules many face, finding time to engage and connect with your team can be a challenge. This session was led by FIIT Trainer Richie Norton, as a way to share the energising power of movement and the calming magic of the breath.
