It was my absolute joy to profile one of my very first real life muses Phway Su Aye in the Fashion Quarterly 'Friday Muse' online series. Phway and I met as teenagers, sharing a form class in high school. Not too many of us could say we liked the versions of ourselves as adolescents but Phway, as I recall, was always a gentle force. Touching base almost 15 years later, she's just as kind, talented, and intelligent (not to mention stunning) as I remember.
