At Firestarter, we help organisations to sell more of whatever they sell. Working with a broad range of clients across all industry sectors, from larger corporate organisations, to smaller businesses and even individuals, we offer consultancy services that drive sales improvement, growth initiatives, change management, organisational development, operational efficiency and reduce the dependency on key individuals to make things happen. The Firestarter experience is a ‘hands-on, sales-led’ approach…instantly plugging in an extended team of experts to grip, own and execute the sales strategy in partnership with our clients from day one, working out what has to happen to get any organisation or business selling more of their product or service. But this can present itself in all kinds of ways – from managing a sales team to developing a new proposition, launching a new product and marketing strategy or improving internal systems and processes. However, sometimes the issues are not instantly obvious as the source of a ‘sales’ problem such as operational challenges or organisational structure. Over the years, we’ve learned what works and what doesn’t - we use our experience and methods to quickly identify and address the key ‘sales’ challenges that any business is facing, whatever they may be.
