Thank you to everyone who attended our live webinar on the Annual Private Equity Report in Poland yesterday. We appreciated the engaging discussions, thoughtful questions, and perspectives shared. Our data analysis highlights that there is still significant progress to be made. Notably, also that diversity extends beyond gender. Findings from our data analysis include: 🔷 Women represent just 14% of investment teams in PE in Poland. 🔷 40% of current investors have at some point in their careers studied abroad. 🔷 Nearly 50% of current funds do not have any former strategy consultants on their teams. 🎓 And if you are a fund seeking to hire an analyst or associate with a background in investment banking and a preference for candidates with international academic experience, how much of the available junior talent pool would you be targeting?
