All our brains work differently. Here at FizzPopBANG Ltd, we love that we get to work with organisations internationally. And that means working and running programs with people every day who represent a wonderful mix of diverse ways of thinking and being. Our clients are at the forefront of new technologies, household name products and brands... and this wouldn't be possible without environments that create healthier, happier and more innovative work places for everyone. We run engaging and interactive employee engagement programs every week (most days of the year in fact!), both in person and virtually. So it's important we don't rest on our laurels and that we keep reviewing how we can do things even better in terms of being neuro-affirmative in our approach to designing and delivering. And so we're currently reviewing all our programs - casting light on them to see what further developments we can introduce to ensure they are truly neuro-affirmative. ⚡ What is NEURO-AFFIRMATIVE*? Navigating the working world in businesses with at least 4 generations in it can be a tricky place when you start out in your career. Our 'Being professional without a suit' workshop helps people understand the different mindsets and attitudes that these generation may hold, and how best to build successful and healthy relationships with each other. It was a pleasure yesterday to run, not one, but two of these workshops, to give early talent the best start to their professional careers. Roll the dice and allow play back into your lives! Yesterday Zoë Cox and Clare Timothy had a blast running a ‘Let’s Play’ workshop with King's College London, exploring how play is more than just fun, it allows us to learn how to be creative and helps nurture critical thinking- which is exactly what they did! A good reminder in our on the go, busy adult lives to allow yourself moments of joy and release those endorphins- who knows what new ideas you might create?
