Our Flex Trainee scheme is all about breaking down barriers and giving candidates from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds the chance to carry out their QWE in-house via the SQE route. With over 60 aspiring solicitors already on board, we’re just getting started! Successful applicants to either Flex Trainee or Flex Apprentice will undergo a bespoke Readiness Programme before being placed in-house with one of our clients. Some of our previous secondments have included well-renowned legal teams such as The Crown Estate, Vodafone, Diageo, and ASOS. Whilst working, Flex Legal will fund your SQE1 and SQE2 prep courses and exams; and we will support you right the way through with mentoring and heaps of Flex community benefits. Ready to join us?
