Our investments, alongside Sure Valley Ventures, Speedinvest, DIP Capital, Founders Factory and others, have enabled Landvault to specialize in immersive technology and develop the infrastructure essential for accelerating the 3D Internet through innovative immersive tools. Infinite Reality, valued at $4.5 billion, completed the acquisition through an all-equity transaction, supported by a new $350 million funding round. This acquisition underscores the strategic synergy between Infinite Reality and Landvault, with Samuel Huber CEO of Landvault, now serving as Global President of Enterprise and CEO of the MENA Region. Force Over Mass founder & CEO, Martijn De Wever, took to the Main Stage on Day 1 of Tech.eu Summit this year, delivering an insightful presentation on the state of the private market. In particular, he looked at how to best approach the current funding landscape using innovative fundraising strategies and predicted how the market will evolve in the coming years. Here are some of the key takeaways: 🔹 Secondaries: The growing importance of secondaries as a product is evident, but the lack of infrastructure and data available makes it difficult to support demand.  🔹 Need for Innovation: The VC fund model has seen little innovation in the last 10 years. Any significant changes to liquidity levels in the private market will require a new structural approach from the ground up. 🔹 New Fund Structures: New, innovative fund structures will be key for driving more investor efficiencies in the private markets.   In collaboration with our technology partners, Floww, Force Over Mass is committed to solving these challenges and has made great strides with the latest FOM funds!
