🙌 A bit of Friday appreciation to wrap up what's been a mega week Over the course of this year, at Found. we have been rolling out our new Everysearch™ framework for building digital strategies for our clients and yesterday was a day that we were really living and breathing this. 💡 Really insightful session with the incredible Navya, presenting audience analysis as part of one our client's 2025 customer strategy, and building on this with channel expertise from Juliette, Kimara Sol, Priniece and Mike. 💭 Working with my amazing team of Business Directors, Ben Chantelle Joanne & Verity, to bring together experience of how Everysearch is driving results across our different clients and sectors. 🎤 A massive thank you to Florence, Christie, Jamie and Rachel for getting me on stage at AntiCon to speak about the shifting search landscape and thriving beyond search engines. 🍻 Finally, capping the day off with our team social / Harry Jnr's birthday party. 🌟 Unlocking Potential & Leading Through Change 🌟 Yesterday, I had the privilege of attending my first Google Exec Circle event with Daniel Stevenson, and it was brilliant to get insider insights about Google's people approach . In a crowded market, no matter what your people are your key differentiator and their experience matters. 🔑 Key Takeaways: Hiring for the long term: Building a resilient team starts with hiring those who are not just skilled, but also aligned with the long-term vision. Hiring the right people shouldn't be a quick process. Embracing AI: While the roles may remain consistent, the way we do them is changing. AI is a tool to be leveraged and using it is a skill to be developed. Psychological safety & dependability: These still come out on top to enable teams to work together effectively. Continuous learning: "If you don’t make the time, it won’t happen." Agency life is fast-paced but it's imperative you carve out time for personal and professional growth. Measuring success: The What (the output) is just as important as the How (how it's delivered). Leadership: Leadership is action. Ideas are easy but action means impact. Always ask, are we doing the things that are pushing us towards our goal. The why: Over-communicating the why ensures everyone is aligned and motivated towards our goals.
