About us
Freebridge Community Housing is the largest not for profit housing provider in West Norfolk. We own and manage close to 7,000 homes in total. We are committed to our vision of “Developing Homes and Creating Opportunities for People within West Norfolk”. Freebridge was established in April 2006 and since then has been continually evolving to meet the individual needs of our customers and the changing requirements within the housing sector. A key priority has been ensuring delivery on our promise to customers to deliver a major home improvement programme by our 2012 deadline. In addition we are dedicated to working with local partners to address wider social issues such as community development, customer engagement and the tackling of anti-social behaviour.

We're building 50 affordable homes in Outwell including Shared Ownership Properties and Social Housing and on 21st August, 7pm we'll be heading to Outwell Village Hall with our main contractor for our Outwell development, Burmor Construction. We're looking forward to supporting interested parties with signing up to West Norfolk Homechoice so that they can bid on the new homes that will be available. Those interested in shared ownership homes will be able to gather more information about the properties on the evening. #newhomes #affordablehousing

Burmor Construction and Freebridge share similar values in that the customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to providing an excellent service and offering additional support as needed. We are pleased to announce that we are hosting an event which provides the perfect opportunity for residents to express their interest in the properties for this site and find out any additional information they may need to help make an informed decision.
