    In August, we announced our partnership with BRIDGED and last Thursday, we were pleased to host the first of many career insights sessions with the Bridged community. This was a unique event designed to give a behind-the-scenes look at the exciting work we do and provide guidance on turning your passion for Sport & Entertainment into a fulfilling career.     Last week, we held our first in-person event as part of our partnership with Fuse. Members of the Bridged Community Hub were invited to the Fuse HQ for a Career Insights Day, where they got a behind-the-scenes look at the agency's exciting work and heard from several Fusers about the variety of roles across different teams. Members also learned about current and upcoming career opportunities at Fuse, networked with several Fusers, and received valuable advice and guidance to help navigate their career journeys. A big thanks to all the Fusers who made this event possible!     Today is World Mental Health Day 🌍, and the theme this year is mental wellbeing in the workplace. At Fuse, we believe that mental health is not just a conversation but a core priority for every Fuser. On Monday, we held our Recharge Day - a company-wide day off designed to allow employees to unplug, reset, and focus on their mental wellbeing. This initiative is just one of the ways we actively support our team’s mental health, helping them take time to recharge both mentally and physically. But our commitment doesn’t stop there - Fuse has also been recognized with the IPA People First Award, an incredible honour that acknowledges our ongoing efforts to put our people’s wellbeing at the heart of everything we do.     What an inspiring day at this week’s Omniwomen UK & Allies Summit! 👫 Our COO, Monica Conway, co-chaired the event with Elizabeth Rickard, Senior Principal at Daggerwing Group, bringing incredible energy to the summit. Fuse CEO, Louise Johnson also joined the morning panel, sharing valuable leadership lessons alongside Tobi Asare, Sarah Hargrave (nee Shilling), Melissa Robertson and Carolyn E Stebbings. They reflected on pivotal career moments and the external influences that shaped their journeys. It was truly empowering to witness hundreds of women and allies from across Omnicom come together to celebrate progress and inspire one another. A huge well done to the speakers and the Omniwomen committee for organising such a fantastic event. Several of our Fusers played key roles in the committee, helping make the day a great success. 💪 #omniwomen24 #empowerment #leadership #inspired

    Since 2012, the Paralympics has experienced growth, capturing more public attention and pushing for greater representation and inclusion around disability. But are we really seeing progress or is it just surface-level rhetoric? Fuse's Insights & Effectiveness team took a dive into the event’s viewership growth (excluding the unique 2021 'COVID-Games') and looked into the online presence of brands during the Paralympics. Could brands make use of the opportunity by tailoring their campaigns through a Paralympic-specific lens? As we look ahead to LA 2028, it's time to ask if brands are doing enough to to push the discussion around disability onwards in a relevant way.   #Paralympics #Inclusion #LA2028

    Last weekend, Fuse proudly represented Nissan Motor Corporation at the Great North Run in Newcastle. We played a key role in the lead-up to the event by managing the setup of the Nissan Waves. On Friday, we captured dynamic content with 500 Nissan runners who set off and ran their own wave in the 5K, and Saturday saw us supporting the Mini & Juniors Run which was a mix of Nissan factory parents and their children, alongside a special run with Adele Roberts and children from Nissan's charity partners, Sported and the Richard Whitehead Foundation. The highlight of the weekend was Sunday's half marathon, where we joined the Nissan cheer zone to support our 30 Nissan runners, supported runners from the Richard Whitehead Foundation & Sported and our ambassadors, including Adele Roberts. #marathon #running
