Revamp job descriptions: review the language of your job descriptions through the lens of others. Use inclusive language and communicate your company’s DEI values; 3. Blind Recruitment: adopt blind stages to your selection process, for example, eliminating names of candidates at screening stage or remove CVs from final interviews; 4. Train your Hiring Team: ensure team members have been trained in unconscious bias and understand diversity and inclusion goals of your business; 5.
