We believe that when housing is taken care of people stop just surviving and have a chance to thrive. Greenwich's first Community Land Trust (CLT) homes, across two sites in Abbey Wood and Kidbrooke. We came together as volunteers to build new properly affordable home for local people in South East London, and we're half way there! ⏰ Right now we're calling out to all people who've never heard of CLT housing but want an affordable home in Kidbrooke or Abbey Wood to get involved! We've got land and we're building homes but this project fails if only a select few apply... Is this for you? and how does it work?
