As we welcome the new year, we reflect with pride on the milestones achieved in 2024 and extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who made them possible. 2024 has been a fantastic year for GVL! From kicking things off with surveys in the stunning Peak District to installing corner reflectors and conducting precise land-movement studies using our RTK GNSS receivers and cutting-edge radar processing technology, we made some incredible strides. We also wrapped up the year on a high note with the successful completion of our European Space Agency - ESA Space Agency, NAVISP - funded AIPLAN project—leveraging AI for smarter land planning. Our journey didn’t stop there. In 2024, we delivered space applications training, designed a CubeSat constellation, developed high-precision location-tracking tools, produced the first batch of our very own RTK GNSS receiver boards, prototyped a centimetre-level geo-fencing system & delivered remote sensed InSAR all-terrain land-motion surveys We were honoured to win prestigious business awards, share our insights on entrepreneurship panels, showcase our innovations at global events like GeoWorld in Dubai and INTERGEO Expo and Conference in Stuttgart, hosted SPINterns, and secured both a Knowledge Transfer Partnership & a highly coveted Royal Academy of Engineering fellowship with Loughborough University.
