Founder, Chairman & CEO at BeiGene

It was a pleasure to speak with Klara Piletič, Entrepreneurship Director at Global Biotech Revolution (GBR) and connect with the next generation of healthcare entrepreneurs and leaders. I consider myself lucky to have learned from and worked with the best and brightest in the business. I’ve also learned a lot in building and leading a global company, and I think one of the most important elements of launching a successful company is passion. You must believe so strongly in what you want to achieve and surround yourself with people who share your drive and dedication. There’s no question I’m all in on what we’re doing at BeiGene and feel fortunate to be surrounded by talented colleagues who recognize that while we’ve accomplished a lot in developing innovative cancer medicines, there’s so much more we need to do to help patients around the world. #CancerHasNoBorders

  • 📍 For this year's pink October, or breast cancer awareness month, we would like to remind our audience of the importance of prevention and appropriate screening when it comes to breast cancer diagnosis and treatment! Even with advancements, people from countries in development are at higher risk of not getting diagnosed and treated on time, which means challenges remain to be addressed in this area and we believe biotechnologies can help! In the meantime, share this with your audience to raise awareness and remind someone to get screened. 🎗️ Some resources: https://lnkd.in/egJheduw https://lnkd.in/deUKJGp https://lnkd.in/d9ua7MBw https://lnkd.in/e9ANwzvn
