I had the pleasure of visiting Applegreen's Rathcoole site and witnessing their continuous innovation firsthand. Hosting us were Seamus Stapleton and Stephen McLouglin, providing a thorough review of the bustling location. We had a great chat about GAA and how it’s drives community engagement and participation while making every Irish person feel part of it and I think thats’ the way most of the Applegreen folk’s I’ve met feel about their company too. The highlight for me was the Braeburn drive-thru Coffee shop on the left-hand side, but the variety of food options was a hit with everyone. From Bakewell to Chopstix and Burger King, alongside the M & S collaboration, Applegreen covers all bases. Applegreen's ability to cater to all day parts is commendable, ensuring a solution for every shopper. Founders Bob Etchingham and Joe Barrett who started the business in 1992 with 1 location have truly created a very successful venture that extends from the UK/Ireland to the United States.
