Great to see the talent and dedication of our folks in North America was recognized at the Global Gaming Awards Americas, where Wynn Resorts was awarded Operator of the Year. COO of Wynn North America Brian Gullbrants and Wynn Las Vegas Executive VP Charlie Stone accepted the award. The recognition is particularly meaningful because the winner is determined by a panel of 100 gaming industry leaders. I know our people are the best in the business at creating memorable guest experiences — I'm proud others think so, too.

Huge congratulations to FanDuel CEO Amy Howe on her third American Executive of the Year award!👏 👏👏 In the 11-year history of the Global Gaming Awards, Amy Howe is the only executive ever to have won this award three times. She continued to brilliantly execute Flutter Entertainment ’s US strategy. Under her leadership in the past year FanDuel extended its lead with the largest player base of 3.5 million Average Monthly Players. Congratulations to the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians on winning the Responsible Business of the Year award for a record fourth consecutive year!👏 For more than two decades, the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians has made generous contributions to nonprofits and government agencies to create positive change across Indian Country, SoCal, and beyond. Recent gifts include $1 million to Olive Crest to serve families in crisis and $2.2 million to San Bernardino Valley College. Kambi took home the Sportsbook Supplier of the Year award! 👏 The commercial momentum of Kambi is unmatched, signing ten new partnerships in 2023.
