It's time for #FridayRoundUp!📣 Get ready to spring forward this weekend! 🌸 We are here at GM Business Growth Hub. We are keeping up with visits to Old Trafford, two sets filming, workshops and more. 🏏 Satvir Sohal was at Emirates Old Trafford, Lancashire Cricket Club presenting the Skills team’s credentials at BGH Match and took the opportunity to have a look at the cricket ground. 🌞 Lily Connaghan was in the sunlight in Rochdale, filming at Pegasus Warehousing & Fulfilment Ltd. 🌿 Our Manufacturing team had a day out volunteering and helping to clean up Trafford. The team had a good time and for a good cause. 🎉 Caroline Cain and Julian Guest were at North Manchester Business Network annual celebration and awards night in Manchester centre. 🎥 In Neurodiversity Celebration Week, we were filming at Lee House with Jeannie Paschalis, Alexandra Saffer and Jason Checkley. Look out for the video, which will be available soon. 🌍Manufacturing advisors Stuart Hope and Tom Haworth delivered a Lean workshop to client C-TEC (Computionics Limited) to support them in becoming more efficient. 🤝And another manufacturing advisor, Angela Robinson, was visiting client Matthew Smallman, MD of Hyde Aero Products Limited. 💪 Jane Jones, Enterprise advisor, and Andrea Hill (SAM) were in Wigan at a Confidence 101: A Women’s Workshop and Networking Experience with Toni Eastwood. Great atmosphere in the room and to hear the attendees sharing stories about building confidence and the challenges faced by female business owners. 👏 Colin Brew was at the African Business Chamber Event in the Alliance Manchester Business School. The event was celebrating the contribution, cultural variety, and triumphs of African communities, professions, and enterprises in the UK economy. 👐 And finally, but certainly not least, BGH Alumni Social took place this week at Beever and Struthers.
