Exciting news for Goldfinch Whisky as two of our whiskies have been paired with aged Parmegiano Reggiano in celebration of the 90th birthday year of this most famous Italian cheese.   The Consorzio Parmigiano Reggiano lead a pairing at the Identità Golose show in Milan last weekend, between four of their aged parmesans and four different aged single malt scotch whiskies. The Goldfinch Monogram GWM We had loads of fun creating the Goldfinch Monogram GWM label in summer 2024, it was a concept we had come up with back in 2019 when we were almost at the beginning of our journey. Recently, we found ourselves needing a new label for a special project and when checking the back catalogue we unanimously agreed on the monogram. It was a fast and rewarding process to put the package together and we are utterly delighted with the results. It's fighting for favourite in the label charts here at Goldfinch HQ.
