In July, the micro-grant initiative, Connect Me: Connecting Our Communities launched their new website. After successfully supporting over 150 projects and engaging more than 25,000 participants, this platform is here to help Islanders discover and connect with projects and organisations that enhance their health and wellbeing. You can now apply for the 2024 Community Costs Bonus. You can apply if: - One adult has lived in Jersey for at least five years - The combined household tax bill was less than £2,735 in 2023 - The household is not receiving Income Support It is easy to apply and will only take a few minutes to complete an application. This can be done by visiting gov.je/CCB Islanders can also apply by calling 444444 or visiting Customer and Local Services at La Motte Street. Your application may take up to four weeks to be processed. Please do not apply until you have received your 2023 tax assessment notice. Islanders who qualify can apply from 12 July 2024 – 30 June 2025.
