Businesses in Jersey can apply for up to £4,000 towards the purchase of second-hand electric vans to support the move away from petrol and diesel vehicles. There are 25 higher value incentives available which will be administered on a first come first served basis. Businesses can apply for and be awarded up to 5 incentives. If you are registered on the Assisted Purchase Pathway, you are again invited to apply for the scheme if you: ✅ hold 'Entitled' status ✅ be registered on the Assisted Purchase Pathway ✅ be able to access the maximum lending available to them from one of the scheme’s partnering mortgage lenders ✅ not be under offer on another assisted purchase scheme ✅ be able to provide a 5% deposit towards the purchase. You could be eligible for the scheme and receive up to a 40% means-tested loan towards your desired property on Jersey's open market (up to the value of £750k).
