Businesses in Jersey can apply for up to £4,000 towards the purchase of second-hand electric vans to support the move away from petrol and diesel vehicles. There are 25 higher value incentives available which will be administered on a first come first served basis. Businesses can apply for and be awarded up to 5 incentives. Tranche 3 applications close on Sunday (20th Oct). First Step scheme, in partnership with Andium Homes has reopened. If you are registered on the Assisted Purchase Pathway, you are again invited to apply for the scheme if you: ✅ hold 'Entitled' status ✅ be registered on the Assisted Purchase Pathway ✅ be able to access the maximum lending available to them from one of the scheme’s partnering mortgage lenders ✅ not be under offer on another assisted purchase scheme ✅ be able to provide a 5% deposit towards the purchase.
