About us
GreenHearth secures simple, low-cost financing for commercial Solar PV projects. We provide bespoke support for projects between £25k and £3million with loan terms from 5 to 15 years. We are a team of financial, IT, and solar experts based in the East of England. We are on a mission to accelerate the transition to Net Zero by making renewable energy affordable for SMEs. WHAT WE DO We use technology to develop cost-effective and efficient financing solutions for solar PV and other commercial renewable energy projects. We arrange low-cost Hire Purchase and Finance Lease funding and can also help you secure grants where available. Our costs are fully transparent, competitive and generally included in the cost of finance. HOW WE HELP We support you throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to monitoring. Our software helps you optimise the scheme size and design based on your historic energy use and current financing terms. Our detailed economic analysis helps get the best terms by ensuring lenders have confidence in the system performance and outcomes. Our "digital twin" service provides you with real-time information on the financial and environmental impact of your project and helps you monitor system performance. WHY CHOOSE US Our recent project for Elm Valley Foods has them on target to save more than 15% of their power costs after the cost of financing. Alastair Ward – MD of Elm Valley said “The GreenHearth team gave us confidence that we had the right equipment, design and supplier. They took the stress out of the whole process. We reduced our borrowing requirement by winning a grant from the district council and GreenHearth delivered a great deal on a loan to fund the rest of the project.” NEXT STEPS If you are interested in finding out how we can help you finance your project, please contact us today. This is exactly the issue that GreenHearth has been set up to address. We work with installers and businesses to access low cost long dated capital to fund solar installations for commercial and industrial rooftops.

Not much more needs to be said… Let’s take the issue of productive farmland and food security off the table by utilising latent assets first such as #rooftops and #carparks before we then shift attention. The reason #solarfarms are driven through more easily I believe is the ease of deployment of investor funding and single landlords and legals that only benefit the minority with significant capital being deployed. A clear policy would shift focus away and call time on the ongoing discussions enabling a clearer focus on ramping up rooftop #solar deployment and across car ports. I believe ground mounts have a role but that this should first and formost be in support of sites where the generation is for the purpose of self consumption. You only have to look at our neighbours in France and on the continent to see how much further they are ahead through a progressive attitude that is creating positive impact on an expedited timeline. This view isn’t popular with some I’m sure, but let’s put solar farms to the back of the que and focus on the less contentious opportunities that are there to be realised. The #timeisnow, so #letsbethechange

For a new business customer feedback is really helpful. Matthew Jewers of JEWERS GRAIN LIMITED provided this comment on the optimisation study we prepared to help analyse the commercial case for their next solar system. Thank you Matthew.

Yesterday Richard Bartlett presented some of the work GreenHearth is doing to help companies who are considering Solar PV understand the economics of a proposed scheme and optimise it's size and maximise year one savings for a particular electricity usage pattern, tariff environment and financing. If anyone would like to chat through these ideas in more detail we will continue to be at Solar & Storage Live until Thursday afternoon.
It was great to be able to speak at Solar & Storage Live live yesterday. The first time we have presented GreenHearth's work developing financing solutions and analysis to support companies looking to fund Solar PV installations and the installers working to accelerate this process. Thanks to everyone who came along and joined the discussion.

Just a week away from Richard's presentation at Solar and Storage at 16:00 on the 24th. Richard will be talking about how getting the right finance in place with the right analysis can accelerate commercial installations. He will showcasing some of the software we use to work out the optimal scheme size and discussing how lending appetite is changing across the market unlocking year one savings for many companies. Drawing on 25 years of financing infrastructure he will discuss the importance of integrated financial and project analysis to customer decision making. I hope we will see you there. https://lnkd.in/enmDxuX6
