🌳 We are Hiring! Contracts Manager (Forestry & Arboriculture) Greenworx is looking for an experienced and skilled Contracts Manager to join our team in the forestry and arboriculture industry. This full-time position is ideal for someone passionate about managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and overseeing high-standard project delivery. Candidates with a background in forestry, arboriculture, or related fields are encouraged to apply, along with strong project management and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: 🔸  Contract Management: Oversee all contractual aspects from start to finish, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications. 🔸  Project Oversight: Manage execution of contracts for tree management, land clearing, landscaping, and environmental projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget. 🔸  Risk Management: Identify potential risks in contracts and projects, implementing strategies to mitigate them. 🔸  Financial Management: Handle project budgets and financials, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and updating stakeholders regularly. 🔸  Supplier and Contractor Management: Ensure quality control and adherence to timelines with sub-contractors and suppliers. 🔸  Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet health, safety, environmental, and industry standards. 🔸  Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations and addressing concerns. 🔸  Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of contracts and provide progress reports to senior management. 🔸  Business Development: Identify new opportunities and build client relationships to drive business growth. Key Requirements: ✅ Proven experience in contract management, preferably in forestry, arboriculture, or construction. ✅ Strong knowledge of industry regulations, environmental laws, and health & safety standards. ✅ Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. ✅ Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. ✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. ✅ Full driving license (office located in Darlington, but travel may be required). Desirable Skills: * Experience in environmental or sustainability projects. * Knowledge of tree planting, tree care, and land management best practices.
