Today is Global Recycling Day & whilst we recognise that the construction industry is a one of the largest contributors to waste worldwide, by recycling and reusing materials, we can considerably reduce waste, conserve resources, lower emissions, and support a circular economy. GTA are proud to advocate and practice sustainable construction practices.    We have recently completed on a campus of three commercial buildings, Trafalgar Place, partnering with Schroders, a global leader in responsible real estate. As an organisation Schroders ensure that sustainability and positive impact is at the heart of all their investments, processes and projects and together we focused on integrating ESG principles at every stage of the project by: 🌎Responsible material selection - Repurposing existing building materials and prioritising low-carbon, durable materials. 🌎Energy Efficiency - System upgrades boosted the building’s EPC rating to B. 🌎Future-Proofing- Designs accounted for easy maintenance and future deconstruction or reuse. The buildings have already achieved certifications Fit Well, WELL, NABERS, Air rated and Air Quality, ActiveScore  and WiredScore , and are also on track to receive BREEAM Official very good, whilst Napier House has achieved BREEAM excellent.  We’re extremely proud to be an organisation championing sustainable construction practices, making real changes to our sector. #GlobalRecyclingDay #SustainablePractices #DesignandBuild

Project completed! 🙌 When leading Fintech company Fundment appointed GTA to reburbish their new London HQ, the goal was to create a dynamic and sophisticated workspace that fosters collaboration, enhances productivity, and offers a premium client experience. We transformed their 7500 sq.ft workspace on the top two floors of the building to support their growing team and the space now features stylish client lounges, cutting-edge meeting rooms, versatile breakout areas, communal kitchens and wellness zones – all aligned with their brand and vision. The GTA team recently took part in a First Aid course held in our office and delivered by skilled and engaging trainer, David Rose. This was an excellent opportunity for all of the team to expand their knowledge and learn not only basic first aid but also essential life-saving skills.  Everyone agreed that the training was both highly valuable and enjoyable, and offered practical knowledge that can make a difference in everyday situations. #Training #LifeSavingSkills #FirstAidTraining

We’re thrilled to share the success of our latest project working with Helical plc! GTA was appointed to refurbish the 7th floor of The Warehouse at The Bower Building, London—an expansive 12,400 sq.ft space transformed in just four weeks. The goal? To create a welcoming, modern environment for staff and visitors while respecting the building's industrial charm. Here’s just a snapshot of what we accomplished:  ✨ A dynamic reception lounge with Scandinavian-inspired furniture to achieve a contemporary yet timeless aesthetic. ✨ Teapoint and collaboration zone to foster interaction and comfort ✨ Sustainability at the core—relocating glazing, reupholstering furniture, and reusing materials wherever possible. ✨A stunning, neutral-toned environment that elevates the building’s industrial architecture, ensuring broad tenant appeal. We’re so proud of this success and are excited to announce that Helical has appointed us for their next project at third floor of The Tower at The Bower Building. This vibrant orange! 👌 🍊 Brand integration was key to the finishes selection for specialist recruitment consultant, Charles Hunter Associates. In addition, a raw industrial design scheme of exposed services, corten steel, red brick, concrete and solid timber flooring creates a neutral textured backdrop to CHA’s strong brand. The company adopt a “work hard play hard” ethos and so the games area was of upmost importance to the workspace in fostering this culture!
