We made it to Friday 💪 Today’s our favourite day to celebrate all the hard work that’s been put in during the week & prepare for the weekend.

Did you know we host free workout classes on a daily basis at Gymshark Regent St. 👀 There's always a lot happening at our flagship store, and this last month has been no exception... As part of our mission to make working out more accessible, we've been hosting a series of female-focused events at our flagship store to help educate, inspire, and empower our female community! We've enjoyed welcoming people to work out with their fave athletes, the all-girls Run Club and a store-lock-in with panel talks and mindfulness activations. Welcome to the team 🦈 Introducing our newest employees who are currently on day 2 of their warm-up (onboarding) week. After a tour of our main offices and sessions with different departments, they will start settling in with their teams 💪

💡 Fun fact: although our HQ is based in Birmingham, our UK-based employees are spread across the country, from London to Rhyl to Glasgow, with some of the team even living in Paris! Travel boundaries are different for everybody, so we're curious… 💭

Look how our offices have changed over the years 🤯 We've come a long way since 2012, but we refuse to forget the garage mentality that made us. Stay ambitious, stay agile, stay disruptive 💪

Goodbye summer poke bowls, hello winter noodle bar 🍜 To get the team prepped for winter, the amazing chefs at Refuel, our employee canteen, have swapped out our poke bowl station for an Asian noodle bar, serving both bone broth and plant broth as part of a new dish every week. This week we have a traditional Japanese Kombu Dashi Ramen 🤤

"AI is coming for your jobs" we'd like to see AI send 5 Slacks a day and spend 8 hours trying to convince the CEO to be in a TikTok

Hard to believe this brand new workout structure at Gymshark Regent St. is made out of melted knives taken off UK streets 🤯 Steel Warriors, an anti-knife crime charity, is on a mission to take knives off the street, melt them down, and transform the steel into outdoor gyms, with a message to young people that lives should be built on steel, not destroyed by it. To celebrate our long-term partnership, we hosted a panel talk event at our flagship store and unveiled the new structure to our community 👇 We're looking forward to continue supporting the amazing work they do 💪
