Did you know 49% of those in pain feel stigmatised and 32% fear they will be judged about their pain? Our Haleon Pain Index shows this is particularly the case for people who experience bias, discrimination, and exclusion in society. Last week some of our colleagues attended the International Association for the Study of Pain World Congress on Pain in Amsterdam. They talked to global pain specialists about the steps we are taking to support health professionals globally to improve communication with patients in pain and about how we can bring inclusion to pain management. #listentopain #haleon

Adrian brings a wealth of expertise across all aspects of the legal, regulatory, compliance and governance agenda, including 11 years as Group General Counsel for Tesco PLC, the leading multinational retailer.     Before his role at Tesco, Adrian was Associate General Counsel for BP PLC and prior to that, he worked with Centrica PLC.     He is a Non-Executive Director of Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. We are excited to welcome Line De Decker as the new Chief Human Resources Officer at Haleon. Line joins us from Aliaxis, a global leader in creating sustainable solutions for water and energy, where she was Chief People and Sustainability Officer.      Line's previous roles have included Senior Vice President and Head of Transformation at GSK, where she also held a series of HR roles within both its Consumer and Pharmaceutical divisions.
