🥳🤩The grand total from last weekends fundraising walk and other antics is £7,182!!!!!! 🤩🥳👏 Thank you to everyone who came along and participated. To all the walkers, you did amazingly well, especially Clare Wright with 20km under her belt. 👏👏👏 We had some amazing helpers in young Freddie and Ayla, they literally stole the show...thanks kids!! You were amaaaazing! 😍 Fundraising t-shirts are on the way! Thanks to everyone who donated a prize to the raffle! We are so grateful and wouldn't be able to hold a raffle if it wasn't for the generosity of local businesses. 🌟 A Fantastic Evening at the MDL Marinas Ltd Berth Holders Annual Party! Thank you to Simon and Tim who represented Hamble Lifeboat at Mercury Yacht Harbour and Holiday Park last night! 🎉 Thanks to the incredible generosity of everyone there, we raised an amazing £315 to support our vital service. It’s probably surprising to learn that when the Hamble Lifeboat crew save a life/lives, they rarely get to meet them again, or find out what the outcome was. Last week the crew met with Rob who was found face down in the River Hamble. Without the intervention of the Hamble River Sailing Club launch and members, River Hamble Harbour Master and Hamble Lifeboat the outcome could have been a lot different. Rob wanted to get together to thank everyone who helped him on the day, and moreover gain an understanding of events for himself.
