Hart Publishing reposted this
More than 20 years ago, I was taught a course on EU accession and enlargement law by Eleanor Sharpston at Cambridge that I really loved. I was honoured to write a chapter recently 'The Law of Brexit: caselaw of the CJEU on EU-UK relations' and to speak about it at her surprise two-day Festschrift in Cambridge Faculty of Law Thanks to the editors Adam Lazowski Catherine Barnard and Daniel Sarmiento for their immense work in organising a tribute befitting the life and work of one of the UK's most impactful judicial figures internationally. The book engages vividly with so much relating to her 400 opinions. Read it here via Hart Publishing: https://lnkd.in/eP4T8RWR
