We’re delighted to be working on a self-directed illustration project to crystallise our Royal Marines heritage a little better over the next few months. How do you design a good combination mark logo? Step 1: Find a semiotic sign that resonates with your intended audience. Step 2: Research others in the same market to identify an ‘empty’ brand space. Step 3: Ideate to find the right balance between communicating meaning and being either too obvious or too vague.
