    EE Game Day is back, bigger and better, for the second year, this Saturday 7th September 2024. 🎮    We are thrilled to collaborate with our clients EE again this year on EE Game Day! EE will be transforming the UK into the world’s biggest gaming arcade, offering a chance to win thousands of gaming prizes via EE Game Store, just in time for some of the biggest game releases of 2024.    Discover playable destinations across EE’s digital out-of-home media, EE retail stores, and even the iconic Brighton Pier, that all will be gamified using a range of online and mixed reality gaming experiences inspired by classic arcade genres.     And it’s not stopping there!     JBL & Martin Garrix Music Academy UK A few weeks ago, our Play team were on site at the JBL & Martin Garrix Music Academy UK Showcase Event. The JBL & Martin Garrix Music Academy is an annual programme that guides and empowers aspiring artists on their musical journeys, giving artists the opportunity to refine their craft, build their brand and learn from industry experts. In July, ten talented UK artists, selected from hundreds of applicants, took the stage at the iconic Oxford Street HMV store to showcase their talent, and vie for a coveted spot at the final Music Academy in Amsterdam. Throughout, these artists have been working closely with JBL to gain industry insights and develop their musical careers. Make sure to keep an eye out on JBL Audio UK IG and YouTube to hear the artist’s stories and see who will make it to Amsterdam.     ‘This Energy Never Stops’ - World Rugby launches one year to go campaign for 2025 Women’s Rugby World Cup’    We’re beyond excited to have partnered with World Rugby to help them create and launch their most ambitious campaign to date and mark one year to go until the 2025 Women’s Rugby World Cup descends on the UK.    Last Thursday, the campaign launched with a new visual identity and a captivating powerful hero film featuring four of women’s rugby’s brightest stars: Ellie Kildunne (England), Manaé Feleu (France), Babalwa Latsha (South Africa), and Renee Holmes (New Zealand), showcasing their inspiring journeys and what it takes to compete at the highest level.    The primary campaign goal is to drive unprecedented levels of viewership, while also aiming to create a lasting legacy by introducing rugby to a younger, female audience and increasing participation in all aspects of the sport, from playing and coaching to refereeing and volunteering.    Huge credit, and shout out to our brilliant client partners for continually driving the ambition behind this one, James Rothwell , Miri Keck, Rebecca Cowley and Nick Morris. 👊   As well as our production partners; Prose on Pixels and Object & Animal.   England 2025 is going to be mega.   Expect the biggest tournament ever with more teams, larger stadiums, and new host cities. 🌍🏉   And we can’t wait for what’s to come… 💥   #WomensRugby #RWC2025 #ThisEnergyNeverStops

It is aimed at under-represented talent who otherwise face higher barriers to getting into creative, tech and digital industries. 🧑💻 The programme provides you with a meaningful placement and tailored industry training for anyone passionate about brands, culture, and communication.     Last month our Head of Talent and Influencer, Sophie Berman shared her thoughts with Digiday on how partnerships between athletes and brands are beginning to resemble influencer deals. ⚽️   This month she's back in the spotlight, as she chats to DigiDay on how agencies working in sports marketing are evolving as we see the relationships between athletes and brands change. She explains that it takes a new breed of agency, one that meets advertiser demand while ensuring the quality of social content associated with a given athlete “feels super authentic” and is of a high-enough standard.   Read more here: https://lnkd.in/ePwVuneF
