😁 Thank you to Gareth Jones from Cyllid Cymru Finance Ltd, an appointed representative for AFS, for the opportunity to assist a provident society with a funding solution to support their growth plans. The co-operative required 9 new vehicles to help expand their food manufacturing business which retails produce throughout the UK. The Haydock team, including Broker Manager Alex Bennett and Senior Underwriter Jonathan Thompson, worked with Gareth to structure a loan and chattel facility over an extended term of 72 months to match the cash flow target of the cooperative. The asset inspection and valuation was completed by Wye Commercials and the funding for 9 new vehicles was approved totalling an advance of over £820,000.  Gareth comments, "I choose Haydock for this deal due to it being a complex request for a non standard entity. Having worked with Haydock in the past, I can always rely on them to provide positive and commercial outcomes for my clients." On Saturday our walking club members Caroline Stone and Catherine Taylor will be hiking up Ben Nevis! Standing at 4,413 ft, this hike requires approximately 5 miles of climbing. 😮 Caroline and Catherine are completing the hike for the challenge and to raise funds for our charity partner The Wish Centre BDDWA. Each year this charity supports thousands of victims of domestic abuse. 😁 A record-breaking deal size for Haydock! A huge thank you to Andrew Thrower of Constructive Asset Finance, an appointed representative of VAUGHANS - Funding Made Easy, for contacting Senior Broker Manager Adam Bamforth with the opportunity to assist their client who operates in the construction industry. The opportunity was to fund a large portfolio of assets to support the restructuring of existing finance agreements. Following a client visit and full analysis of the business operation, Senior Underwriter Jonathan Thompson worked with Andrew to structure a refinance solution that would raise a total of £6million.  Andrew comments, "Working with Jonathan and Adam on this transaction was a refreshing process. They took a collaborative, professional approach with the customer and their requirements were at the centre of the team's thoughts throughout.
