It was fantastic to be a part of the Baking Industry Awards last week! Nominated for Manufacturer of the Year, a team of us headed down to London for the event. It was an honour to take part and to shine the light on our bakery and our 200 brilliant staff which we're so proud of. Thank you to British Baker for a wonderful evening.
