Through dedication, resilience, and a continuous drive to learn, Paula has developed exceptional business acumen. Her ability to connect with people at all levels, build relationships, and maintain open communication has proven invaluable. With strong social and organizational skills, Paula approaches her work with optimism and a great sense of humour—qualities that make her a true "people person." Her expertise has fostered long-standing relationships with NHS Trusts and associated consultants, and she remains committed to upholding her values while embracing new opportunities.
