WORLD MENOPAUSE MONTH So much achieved, so far to go We’re marking World Menopause Month by celebrating the changemakers who have driven the revolution towards a more open, positive and productive conversation for people who experience menopause. Over the last year, HELLO! has continued to proudly partner with Wellbeing of Women in driving awareness and uptake of the Menopause Workplace Pledge, which has seen over 3,000 brands signing up to a better way of working with women in midlife. Recently, we celebrated this landmark moment with our Changemakers Breakfast panel, platforming some of the voices who have driven significant and meaningful change, attended by a host of celebrities, brands and menopause activists. HELLO! will continue to celebrate changemaking voices in the space and, this October, we were delighted to recognise the work of: Chair of Menopause Mandate Mariella Frostrup, Wellbeing of Women's Janet Lindsay, Marks & Spencer's Corporate Affairs Director Victoria McKenzie Gould, Lifestyle Coach and former Olympic Triple Jumper Michelle Griffith Robinson, and menopause action trailblazer Davina McCall. Additionally, we are delighted to work with brands delivering their own change programmes. Huge thanks to changemakers John Frieda and Hada Labo for their on-going commitment to women in their second act. https://lnkd.in/exzGArGE

To celebrate International Women's Day, HELLO! and Marks and Spencer have launched Shake The Table, an empowering new podcast inviting listeners to hear from some of the UK’s most inspirational, powerful and collaborative women who lead and succeed. Presented by HELLO! Editor at Large, Rosie Nixon and Marks & Spencer Corporate Affairs Director, Victoria McKenzie-Gould, this podcast will see the duo talk to successful female business leaders about what it takes to thrive in the modern workplace. “It is really special to be a part of this innovative project seeing two of the UK’s best-loved brands join forces. I am a keen believer in the power of women sharing our stories and some of these conversations will change your perception of what it takes to reach the top of your game in business. There are amazing leadership tips in every episode and you’ll come away feeling inspired not only to reach the top table, but how to shake things up and stay there, when you do.” - Rosie Nixon, HELLO! Editor at Large “At M&S 70% of our remarkable colleagues are women, we work with fantastic female-led suppliers and of course serve millions of women every day. So, it’s a privilege to be able to shine a light on some of those female business leaders about what’s driven them and what tables they’ve shaken to get to where they are today. Working with HELLO! is a natural partnership given their support for empowering women and positivity and I hope listeners enjoy the conversation and finding out about these inspiring leaders.” - Victoria McKenzie-Gould, Marks & Spencer Corporate Affairs Director Listen to episode one here: https://lnkd.in/edN--T7f
