| OUR NEW HOME IN NEW ZEALAND: HEAPHY | Nelson. A region of broad bays, indigenous forests, mountains and the most sunlight hours across the country. It’s this intense purity of light that, over decades, has drawn a community of artists, making Nelson the country’s artistic capital. It's here - among the wild landscapes, ever-changing light, rolling hills, indigenous jungles heaving with an abundance of flora & fauna and a local restless yet laid-back beach vibe with ample artistic flare – that we find our new Home. Heaphy Vineyard - an established winery and 9.8ha of vineyard on the rolling slopes of Upper Moutere, high above the port city of Nelson. Our first UK releases with be Heaphy’s Sauvignon Blanc, Heaphy's Riesling and Upper Moutere Old Vine Riesling, landing in March this year. We champion local truths and a sense of place with all of our Homes, and Heaphy is a real breath of fresh air. As most of our Nelson colleagues rock up to work in Hawaiian shirts and flip-flops, it seems only fitting to depict that vibe in our wines and on our labels. We can’t wait for you to try them!
