This morning, we announced our half-year results for 2024.    As detailed in our 2023 results, we expect this year's performance to be heavily weighted towards the second half of 2024, however, with 80% of budgeted sales already completed, exchanged or reserved, we remain on-track to perform in line with market expectations for the full year.    We remain confident in our key markets and have made good progress against our commitments to our performance, people, partners, places and the planet. We're pleased to share that Hallam Land has completed on the sale of 491 residential plots to David Wilson Homes at their site Pickford Gate site in Coventry. As part of the wider site, Hallam delivered a new junction on the A45 which they secured funding through the Homes England Housing Infrastructure Fund (HIF) process. Amazing news from Hallam Land, who have successfully secured planning permission for 290 new homes, including 30% affordable housing, adjacent to the urban area of Sittingbourne. In addition to this appeal, Hallam Land is continuing to progress seven active planning appeals, totalling c.2,500 residential plots.   Following the welcomed proposed revisions to the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), Hallam Land has already identified an additional 8,500 plots where we expect to advance planning applications during next year.
